A recently graduated BA Psychology student with a previous BCogSc (2023). Currently, my role in the CLaSSI lab involves assisting with technical aspects of experiment design.
My research interest with CLaSSI lies in parsing out the underlying mechanism involved in abstract sound symbolism. In general, I am interested in how the mind forms, acquires, manipulates, and relates, mental constructs. In other words, how does “meaning” work in the mind.
Outside of academia, I am employed as a Developmental Services Professional in the rural town of Fort Frances, which involves supporting individuals with a diverse range of mental and physical disabilities.
My interests also include psychopathology, personality and social psychology, macroeconomics, continental philosophy, and modern-era history.
